Our retreat is for the woman who gives so much to others and is quietly longing for space to breathe. This experience is thoughtfully created for those in demanding, high-stress roles who carry emotional responsibility, feel fatigued or overstimulated, and are beginning to feel disconnected from themselves.

Through shared moments, meaningful connections, and compassionate support, this retreat offers space to reconnect with your body, nurture healthy relationships, and experience the healing power of community.

Held in Westlake, Florida (Palm Beach County), this intimate experience is limited to five participants, allowing for deep connection and personalized care. This retreat is not a one-time escape, but part of an ongoing journey—rooted in our shared commitment to care, restoration, and wholeness.
