Timara Tyler, founder of Purposely Crafted, is a Licensed Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Counselor with expertise in DBT, Eating Disorders, and EMDR trained. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and Southern Methodist University, Timara’s diverse background spans private practice, therapeutic schools, and criminal justice settings. Passionate about community, she leads Purposely Crafted to deliver personalized virtual care, fostering healing and resilience.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communications. She began her career in community outreach at a nonprofit focused on expanding access to behavioral health services, where she discovered the power of connection and collaboration. Inspired by the importance of intentional organization, Erin transitioned into the event industry, gaining hands-on experience in operations, administration, and event coordination.
As Operations Coordinator at Purposely Crafted – Holistic Mental Wellness, Erin integrates her strengths in communication, logistics, and community engagement to support the organization’s mission. She is deeply passionate about mental and physical wellness and is committed to building thoughtful systems that strengthen and sustain community impact.


Tasha Henry

Tasha is a compassionate and accomplished Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of expertise in nursing. She has devoted her career to caring for underserved and disadvantaged populations, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care. Her passion and commitment to her community fuels her desire to provide accessible and personalized healthcare for her patients. Currently, Tasha is pursuing a post-master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to focus on addressing her patients’ mental and physical health needs. Tasha curates a space where patients feel heard and understood, ensuring they have a voice in their care. Taking a holistic approach, she believes in integrating diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to support mental health.
Chloe Seddon
MS, RDN, LDN
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Provider
Chloe Seddon is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in health promotion from the University of Connecticut. She specializes in nutritional counseling, focusing on a non-dieting approach to maintaining a healthy weight and goal-oriented lifestyle for long-term success. She teaches intuitive eating and easy meal preparation to help clients sort through the myriad of nutritional misinformation to focus on having a balanced and happy relationship with food. She counsels clients with various issues, including chronic disease management, sports nutrition, disordered eating, and weight loss. Chloe is a nutritional counselor and educator providing group and individual consulting. She believes balancing food, eating, and exercise should be enjoyable and healthy.


Lyssa Brooks
Lyssa is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Lyssa began her career in public safety and emergency management, working with victims of trauma and abuse while obtaining an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Lyssa then pursued her interest in nursing, working in an emergency department, followed by completing her graduate studies to become a Nurse Practitioner. She has worked with diverse populations in Urgent Care, Pediatric Medicine, and Adolescent and Adult Mental Health. She is well versed in the areas of anxiety disorders, PTSD, major depressive disorder, ADHD, and post-partum anxiety and depression.
Becky Hamner
Becky is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. After receiving her degree from the University of Southern California she briefly worked in Family Medicine before transitioning to behavioral health. Becky has worked with patients managing major depressive disorder, generalized and social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, postpartum depression, alcohol use disorder, and insomnia amongst a host of other conditions.


Dr. Henry Eff

Dr. Henry Eff is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, OCD, and related challenges such as panic attacks and phobias. He helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ERP, and mindfulness. Dr. Eff works with individuals across various age groups, including adults, college students, children, teens, and parents. His therapy sessions focus on skill-building to empower clients in navigating real-world challenges with confidence. In addition to his private practice, he serves as a supervising psychologist, training postdocs and interns. Known for his direct, goal-focused, warm, and humorous approach, Dr. Eff creates a supportive environment where clients can experience meaningful growth. His ultimate goal is to help individuals leave therapy feeling calmer, more hopeful, and confident in their ability to create lasting change.

Dr. Shirley English is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, specializing in women’s mental health and adult ADHD. I help women overcome depression, anxiety, and burnout by enhancing mood, focus, energy, and overall well-being. My integrative approach combines medication, supplementation, lifestyle changes, and therapy, addressing the vital link between mental and physical health, including gut health and nutrition.

Courtney was born and raised in Florida, where she pursued her passion for helping others by earning degrees in Human Services and Social Work while working full-time. She began her career in dual diagnosis treatment, working with individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. With experience in individual, couples, and group therapy, she helps clients navigate issues such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, and relationship challenges. Courtney is dedicated to creating a supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and achieve lasting change. She believes in the transformative power of therapy and is committed to empowering individuals to build resilience, gain self-awareness, and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Through her compassionate approach, she continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.

Stefanie Overstreet, RN, NTP, is a registered nurse and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner dedicated to supporting the health of mothers—mind, body, and spirit. With a background in pediatric and mother-baby nursing, prenatal education, and community care, she brings both clinical expertise and personal experience. After navigating postpartum depression and anxiety herself, Stefanie became passionate about providing the faith-sensitive, holistic support she once needed, empowering women through every stage of motherhood.

Beachwood Center specializes in Integrative Equine Therapy (IET), a highly effective and affordable approach to treating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, and other stress-related conditions. Developed by Lynne Bryan Phipps, IET often delivers faster, more lasting results where traditional therapies have fallen short. In 2017, Brown University began an ongoing study of IET, calling the outcomes “quite remarkable.” Referred to as “the disruptive technology of therapy,” IET is especially impactful for early childhood trauma, the largest focus of our Community Services Program.
